Rebuild Estimator - Tumwater Office

Location: Location: Tumwater, WA -This is an on-site position; candidates must be local or willing to commute

If you excel in fast-paced environments, have strong Xactimate skills, and enjoy working with insurance partners, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the estimating process: Prepare accurate, detailed repair/rebuild estimates using Xactimate.

  • Be the expert on-site: Conduct thorough inspections for fire, water, wind, mold, and other damage.

  • Collaborate & negotiate: Work closely with insurance adjusters, project managers, and clients to ensure fair and timely settlements.

  • Support project success: Track progress, update scopes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Deliver excellence: Follow industry standards, company policies, and provide exceptional customer service at every step.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years as an Estimator in insurance restoration or construction.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Xactimate (Level 2 Certification preferred).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • High school diploma required; Construction Management degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with fire, water, mold, or storm restoration.

  • Familiarity with Next Gear Dash, CoreLogic, or other restoration platforms.

  • Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
