The Community Engagement Specialist VISTA will strengthen RT RVA's organizational capacity by expanding community outreach, volunteer engagement, and partnership systems that support safe and healthy housing. The VISTA member will help expand community referral networks, develop volunteer engagement strategies, and strengthen collaboration with businesses and community organizations. The VISTA will assist staff in developing tools that improve volunteer recruitment, training, and communication while also supporting storytelling efforts that highlight homeowner, volunteer, and community partner experiences. The member will help strengthen data tracking systems, develop outreach resources, and improve how RT RVA communicates its impact to partners and stakeholders.
