Receiver

SUMMARY:

At Barletta, we are proud of the service delivery and customer experience we provide to our dealer network as well as the retail customers that choose a Barletta pontoon boat. As an extension to our Customer Experience team, the Receiver, is a key role in our operations. This role helps to ensure incoming inventory is processed and put away, while maintaining accurate inventory. Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and computer skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving: Packing slips are to be reviewed and compared to physical materials for accuracy.
• Data Entry: Working knowledge of computer programs and entering data.
• Inventory: Help to maintain inventory accuracy, organize and put away incoming material
• Cycle Count: Cycle count on hand inventory to help ensure accurate inventory, as needed
• Documentation: Records should be accurate, complete, timely, and organized.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating with the warehouse team, buyers, accounts receivable, and department leads to ensure receipts are accurate.
• Quality: Ensure incoming products meet Barletta's premium standards
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and bring forward opportunities for process improvements.
• Safety: Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifies opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with WMS or ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
• Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
• Perform other general duties as directed.
• Good written and verbal communication
• Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
