Job Summary
Employnet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying products and quantities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly organized and stored.
Job Duties

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify products and quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Label, sort, and organize incoming products.
• Accurately enter receiving information into inventory systems.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Stock and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks while following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Report damaged products, shortages, or shipment discrepancies to management.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and inventory organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience using an RF scanner is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
• Must be forklift Certified
