To learn more about being aWarehouse Associateat North Coast Electric:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuuhrjSEH2A What You Will Do: + Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization + Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling + Safe forklift/equipment usage + Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices + Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks + Other warehouse duties as assigned What You Will Bring: + Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) + Pro-active and self-motivated mindset + Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy + Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance + Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems + Good oral & written communication skills + Team oriented + Safety aware and oriented + Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities + Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service + Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment Physical Requirements and Work Environment: + Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) + Warehouse environment + Ability to operate a forklift + Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required + Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: + This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime + Pay is $20/hour - $21/hour, DOE.
