Receiving Associate:
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Receiving Associate to join our client’s team in Brunswick, Ohio. This on site role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on warehouse work and take pride in accuracy, organization, and meeting daily productivity goals.

As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for processing all inbound shipments, including checking, inspecting, unloading, verifying, and stocking received goods. The position emphasizes precise receiving practices, correct identification and counts, quality control, and using warehouse systems to track work.

 

Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm 
 

Pay:
$16.50 per hour

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound shipments from arrival through put away
  • Unload inbound goods safely and efficiently
  • Check and inspect received product for accuracy and damage
  • Verify proper identification and accurate counts of all items received
  • Stock and put away materials to the correct locations
  • Handle warehouse stock replenishment requests as needed
  • Use a warehouse management system to track work and inventory movement
  • Perform quality control checks on all receiving and handling activities
  • Communicate dock status and issues to the appropriate team members
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Work overtime on short notice as needed
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast paced warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
  • General computer skills (scanning, typing, basic navigation)
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, tow motor, and pallet jacks
