We're looking for a full-time Receiving Associate / Driver to support the accuracy, organization, and movement of inventory from our New Berlin, Wisconsin location. This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments are received, processed, and delivered correctly-keeping our warehouse and store operations running smoothly. From inspecting incoming merchandise to preparing outgoing shipments and completing deliveries, your work directly impacts the flow of our business.What the Role Looks LikeReceiving & Inventory ProcessingYou'll ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is handled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Receiving and inspecting shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersUnloading, sorting, labeling, and storing merchandise in designated areasTracking and updating inventory movements in systemsMaintaining accurate records of inventory counts and adjustmentsIdentifying and reporting damaged or incorrect shipmentsShipping & Distribution SupportYou'll help prepare and move product out of the warehouse with accuracy and care. This includes:Picking, packing, and labeling outgoing shipmentsPreparing packing slips and shipment documentationStaging outgoing transfers for delivery or pickupAssisting with tracking shipments and resolving basic discrepanciesDriving & Delivery OperationsYou'll help ensure merchandise gets where it needs to go-safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include:Operating company vehicles (~3 days per week) to deliver merchandise to stores and partnersLoading, securing, transporting, and unloading product with careCommunicating with store teams to confirm delivery accuracy and instructionsOccasionally assisting with larger rental trucks (~26') a few times per yearWarehouse Organization & SupportYou'll help maintain a clean and efficient workspace. This includes:Keeping receiving and warehouse areas organized and safeSupporting inventory organization for efficient storage and retrievalAssisting with inventory counts and auditsHelping with general warehouse tasks and projects as neededTeam Support & CollaborationThis role works closely with multiple teams across the business.
