Hire Sync is hiring a Receiving Clerk for a growing repair and service operation in Akron, OH. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with computer-based order entry.

You’ll play an important role in keeping incoming tools organized, accurately entered into the system, and moving through the service process efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive incoming service boxes and stage them for data entry
• Unbox, identify, and tag tools according to customer and service requirements
• Enter orders into company software and create and maintain accurate customer records
• Learn customer accounts, tool models, and requested service options
• Help organize and maintain inventory throughout the receiving and service process
• Keep tools and equipment clean, properly stored, and maintained
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate progress, issues, or delays to your supervisor
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and service goals
• Assist with additional receiving, inventory, and warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inventory, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and learning order-entry software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes accurately
• Dependable with strong time-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
