Job Summary: Responsible for verification of delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly following first in, first out (FIFO), reporting receipts into each supplier component releases, processing returns and completing receiving process within JDE. Operates with a customer service mind-set.

- License and experience operating forklift
Major Accountabilities:
- Prioritize safety and quality standards and expectations
- Must demonstrate behaviors that support TGFS' mission, vision, and core values
- Support Hoshin process for department annually
- Ensure safety and quality are at or above company standards
- Work with all departments and maintain communication among various groups when necessary
- Support TG policies and procedure adherence
- Ensure training requirements are met on-time
- Follow Stop, Call, Wait (SCW)
- Verify Actual parts received against Supplier Packing Slips for purchased components
- Break down mixed skids and segregate per part number, as required
- Move materials to appropriate storage areas
- Escalate/communicate all receiving issues in timely manner to avoid production down time
- Perform Receiving Process for all components into JDE as well as Component Releases
- Follow FIFO process
- Any additional duties as assigned by manager
Working Conditions:
- 20% office, 80% plant floor.
- Must work scheduled hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs as needed.
Safety & PPE Requirements on the plant floor:
- Glasses required in production areas
- Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes required
- Hair reaching shoulder length must be secured behind head in production areas
- High visibility clothing in required areas
- All other required PPE as outlined
