Receiving Clerk- $24/hr | Wixom, MI | 1st Shift

• Shift: 1st 6am-4pm (M-F) 
• Pay: $24/hr 
• Location: Wixom, MI 

 We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to help keep our operation running smoothly by ensuring incoming materials are received accurately and inventory stays organized. What You'll Do

• Receive incoming materials and process receipts accurately in SAP.
• Verify shipments against packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Prepare pallet and inventory labels for warehouse storage.
• Identify and resolve inventory or invoice discrepancies.
• Process electronic inventory transfers between facilities.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for returned and credited materials.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse receiving experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience using SAP for inventory and receiving transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Experience with Covisint is a plus but not required.
