Receiving Clerk 2nd Shift

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Schedule: 2nd Shift + Overtime

Pay: $19-$20/hr.

We are seeking a reliable Receiving Clerk(S) to support daily inbound operations, verify orders, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate documentation. Ideal for candidates with forklift experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Order Verification: Read order slips and match pulled items to ensure accuracy.

• Packing: Pack verified products into small parcels or pallets.

• Protective Materials: Use edge guards, kraft paper, and other protective materials.

• Equipment Operation:

  • Banding machine (polyester bands)

  • Kraft tape dispenser

  • Shrinkwrap machine

• Documentation: Create basic Word cover sheets and pallet labels.

• Forklift Operation: Operate standup and sitdown forklifts to load/unload carriers and move pallets.

• Labeling:

  • Label parcels for UPS/FedEx shipments

  • Label pallets with tracking information

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.

• Ability to operate standup and sitdown forklifts.

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift, move, and stage pallets.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation.

• Reliable, safetyfocused, and able to work 2nd shift.
