Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience Requirements

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Food industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs)
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Receive daily incoming shipments and verify accuracy against POs and BOLs
• Verify picked orders and loaded shipments for accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Receive and process donated products delivered to the warehouse
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
• Communicate discrepancies and inventory issues to management
• Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
• Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed
