Discover your place to shine in our warm, respectful, and inclusive culture.\n \nThe Receiving Clerk leads and organizes the receiving and storage of all food items and non-food items for the Miraval restaurants/kitchens.\n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n\n Receives and put away all deliveries in coordination with the Purchasing team for the Miraval kitchens.\n Primary focus being Harvest Moon restaurant with 1894 restaurant and Sloane's Restaurant also being within their purview/focus.\n Check for food safety of food items being delivered and confer with the Chef on duty on a daily basis.\n Maintain organization and ensure cleanliness of the walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage for the restaurants at the Miraval.\n Receive and maintain organization of all restaurant china/smallware's and maintain an inventory china/smallware's on hand.\n Receive and maintain proper storage and organization of all kitchen banquet equipment.\n Ensure loading dock area and garbage receptables of the kitchens are always clean, rinsed off, and safe from slip hazards.\n Ensure all cardboard and boxed items received in is neatly recycled.\n Review departmental requisitions on a daily basis and organize for expedient fulfillment and delivery.\n Ensure all food storage areas including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage are prepared for a health inspection at all times.\n Ensure temperature logs for all refrigerators and freezers is completed daily.\n Assist culinary team with event set ups.\n \nWe thank you for your interest.
