We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to ensure deliveries are received accurately, inspected carefully, and distributed efficiently throughout the resort. Working closely with the Purchasing, Accounting, Culinary, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our departments have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
• Accurately record and document all received goods in the resort's inventory and purchasing systems.
• Label, organize, and distribute deliveries to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food, beverage, and supply items are stored properly and in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels by tracking received merchandise and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
• Coordinate with vendors, Purchasing, and department leaders to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock, storage rooms, and warehouse areas.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and annual physical inventories.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other receiving equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all company policies related to receiving, inventory control, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Support the Purchasing department and other operational teams with additional tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience entering data into inventory or purchasing systems.
• Ability to read purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and operate receiving equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
