As a Receiving Clerk at Milwaukee Electronics, you'll be the first set of eyes on every incoming shipment, making sure what we ordered is what we got, in the condition we expect. You'll keep our inventory records accurate, our documentation tight, and our production floor supplied with what it needs to keep moving.

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery documentation
  • Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the appropriate supervisor or department
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the inventory management system
  • Prepare and file receiving documentation including packing slips, receiving reports, and discrepancy reports
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Communicate clearly with suppliers, delivery personnel, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to support recordkeeping and reporting
  • Follow quality policies, procedures, and Continuous Improvement/Lean initiatives
  • Meet productivity and utilization standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience with demonstrated math and reading skills may be considered)
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
  • Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation in English
  • Ability to evaluate product quality against written specifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits
  • Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working on-site daily — attendance is essential to this role
