Overview

This is a Part-Time position only.

Join our team as a Receiving Clerk! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to help manage our inventory and receiving processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of all goods and materials, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all items are properly stored. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate deliveries, resolve any discrepancies or issues, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Responsibilities

Ensure storage areas are secure at all times.
Maintain work areas clean and organized.
Receive all goods and distribute via requisition to the appropriate locations of the hotel.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Assist with inventories and month end closing procedures.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date package log; deliver guest packages to the designated locations.
Match invoices against delivered goods, checking for correctness, quality and quantity, as well as weights as necessary.
Match packing slips with invoices and process as directed.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
Rotate food, liquor, and related items.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receiving or inventory management role
Familiarity with inventory management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
