Receiving Coordinator
Location: Long Beach, CA
Pay Range: $28/hr. depending on experience and level.
Schedule: 2nd shift 

We are seeking a Receiving Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and routing incoming materials while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Verify part quantities, condition, certifications, and traceability documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on non-conforming materials
• Label, store, and route materials appropriately
• Maintain compliance with ESD, FOD, safety, and inventory control procedures
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods
• Support warehouse organization and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read purchase orders and technical documents
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of AS9100, FAI, and quality inspection processes
• Experience with serialized inventory and material traceability
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
