Receiving Coordinator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Massillon, OH to hire a Receiving Coordinator. This is a first-shift opportunity with a pay range of $20-24/hour based on experience and skill level.  This role focuses on ensuring raw materials are received accurately, inventory remains organized, and production teams have the materials they need to maintain efficient operations. The Receiving Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and overall manufacturing success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive and inspect incoming material deliveries 
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading 
• Unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment 
• Label, organize, and stage materials for production use 
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and receiving records 
• Prepare and organize shipping and receiving documentation 
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area 
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience; preferably in a manufacturing or metals environment 
• Ability to read packing slips and Bills of Lading 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 
• Dependable with excellent attendance 
• Ability to work flexible shifts or overtime as required 
• Forklift experience preferred 
• Overhead crane experience preferred
