Receiving Coordinator
Pay: $22.00/hour

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

This position serves as the hub between receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and administrative support functions, ensuring materials are processed accurately, documentation is compliant, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, and administrative activities to support daily facility operations.
- Utilize WIN Central and facility receiving systems to manage drum staging, profile access, and label printing.
- Enter and maintain accurate data within WIN, Powersuite, Excel, and Outlook.
- Process truck-to-truck documentation and maintain organized records.
- Monitor and update trailer inventories and shared operational files.
- Prepare outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, shipping papers, and related documentation.
- Enter laboratory data and track drum and bulk inventory within company systems.
- Perform storage area scans and inventory verification activities.
- Support compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Assist with filing, reporting, clerical functions, and special projects as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and manage supplies within assigned areas.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
- Support operational excellence through Clean Compliance standards and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory control, or administrative support.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, transportation, or environmental services environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or data-entry platforms.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to climb ladders and safely access equipment and work areas.
- Ability to operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
- Must be able to meet physical demands associated with an industrial work environment.
