Qualified individuals must have the desire and ability to remain physically active in a position that requires some heavy lifting. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to get the job done quickly and accurately. This full-time position is located at the company's Distribution Center in Oklahoma City.
Hourly Rate 1st Shift - $20.15
Function:
- The receiving dock coordinates the receipt of most of the products that Hobby Lobby sells.
- Established procedures help this team separate and process merchandise from daily shipments
- Responsible to prepare merchandise for storage and picking
- Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
- Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
- Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
- Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed

NOTE: Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass drug test
- Pass background check
- Work mandatory overtime
- Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures
- Attention to details and work pace
- Maintain high levels of productivity
