Job Title: Receiving Associate
Location: Greenfield, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Summary of the Role:The General Labor Associate will perform hands-on outdoor and production-related work, primarily using rakes and shovels to move, spread, and clean up materials. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work at a steady pace and perform repetitive manual labor. The position may also occasionally require the operation of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use rakes and shovels to move, spread, and clean up materials.
- Perform general labor and cleanup duties throughout the work area.
- Maintain work areas and keep materials properly organized.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Occasionally operate heavy equipment as needed.
- Assist with moving and handling materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings when working near equipment and machinery.
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper PPE requirements.
- Assist with additional general labor and production duties as needed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor.
- Ability to use rakes, shovels, and other basic hand tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, shovel, and rake for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally operate heavy equipment.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous general labor, agricultural, construction, production, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
Compensation:$15.00 per hour
