In this vital role, you'll handle inbound shipments, verify inventory, and organize supplies to keep operations running efficiently. If you're detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow and thrive with a supportive team.What You'll Do:* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments from trailers and containers.* Verify items against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.* Identify and report damages, shortages, or quality issues promptly.* Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (certification preferred).* Properly label, scan, and document inventory within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).* Perform accurate and efficient put-away tasks, supporting overall workflow.* Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with OSHA standards.* Collaborate with team members on tasks like staging, shipping, or other warehouse functions.Required Skills:* Prior experience in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.* Forklift operation experience or certification (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) is a plus.* Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks consistently.* Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory management systems is advantageous.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Nice to Have Skills:* Additional certifications related to warehouse safety or equipment operation.* Previous experience with cycle counting or inventory audits.* Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.Preferred Education and Experience:* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous warehouse or industrial work experience recommended.Other Requirements:* This role is based in an industrial warehouse or manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, forklifts, noise, and varying temperatures.* Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.* A safety-conscious mindset and adherence to OSHA guidelines are essential.Ready to take the next step in your career?
