Pay: $18.10/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6a–4p (Expect weekend overtime)

We're looking for an experienced Receiving Inspector to join a manufacturing team in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within a Quality Assurance role or Quality Department. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and process, and who is comfortable navigating computer systems and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities:
-Perform quality inspections and audits in accordance with established procedures and standards
-Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records using computer systems
-Identify, report, and help resolve quality issues or non-conformances
-Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to verify part specifications
-Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement

Requirements:
-Previous experience working within a Quality Assurance role or Quality Department (experience limited to end-of-line checks or inspecting one's own production parts does not qualify)
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
-Comfortable using a laptop and navigating basic computer programs
-Experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers strongly preferred
-Great attendance record and reliability
-Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
-Steel-toe footwear required
