Position Summary
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the receiving team.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Ensure all products are accurately counted, labeled, and entered into the warehouse management system.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Organize and stage incoming inventory for storage or distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving shipments, damages, or shortages.
- Train, coach, and support receiving associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a Receiving Lead or warehouse leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift experience and certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Schedule- Full-time
- Shift and overtime may vary based on business needs.
Pay- $17 - $18 depending on experience
