Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM-3:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Receive all incoming raw materials, including metal, textiles, and other production supplies
• Inspect, count, and verify parts and shipments for accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Record all received materials accurately and maintain proper receiving documentation and paperwork
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to unload, move, and stage incoming inventory
• Organize and place received stock into designated storage locations for production and inventory control
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, tracked, and routed to the correct departments or areas
• Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient receiving area
• Support inventory control processes and help ensure material flow accuracy across departments

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, verification, and documentation
• Basic math skills required for inventory tracking and receiving functions
• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or materials handling preferred
• Forklift experience and certification preferred, or ability to become certified
• Ability to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple incoming shipments
• Comfortable handling a variety of materials, including metal, textiles, and industrial components
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused work ethic
