The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00am- finish.

You will:

• Ensure all safety policies, procedures, housekeeping standards, and annual training requirements are followed.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, inspections, and processing of incoming products according to established procedures.
• Manage staffing, schedules, time-off requests, and workload to support efficient operations and minimize overtime.
• Coordinate inbound freight appointments and cross-docking activities while meeting customer and buyer expectations.
• Monitor and report department productivity and shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate ERP system entries and proper processing of lumping fees.
• Partner with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Order Processing teams to coordinate merchandise activities.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while providing guidance on receiving policies and procedures.
• Oversee material-handling equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

You have:

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or management experience; distribution experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to learn and operate ERP systems and perform basic measurement conversions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications for tow motor, picker, and pallet jack operation.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs., and operating material handling equipment.
• Wholesale/distribution experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Successful completion of required background check
