At Sandridge Crafted Foods, we're looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals to join our Receiving team. As a Receiving Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring all incoming materials are accurately received, stored, and prepared to support production. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position working 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, offering a consistent schedule and strong team environment. Pay: $20/hour Overtime: Available based on business needs You'll work closely with warehouse leadership, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Unload, inspect, and receive all inbound deliveries • Put away materials using proper storage and rotation procedures • Work alongside Quality Assurance to verify incoming product and address any concerns • Pull materials to support upcoming production needs • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving documentation (P.O. receipts, dock moves, etc.) • Follow proper labeling, storage, and handling procedures in accordance with food safety standards (SQF, GMP) • Ensure proper product rotation using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) • Support operations at off-site storage facilities as needed • Handle returns and ensure accurate inventory adjustments • Provide timely support to production teams in a service-focused manner • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely (as trained) • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals • Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Basic communication and computer skills Preferred (not required): • Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience • Forklift or material handling equipment experience • Experience working in food manufacturing or regulated environments (GMP/SQF) Compensation: $20 hourly
