The Receiving Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory control in store receiving area, works with delivery personnel, and counts and checks in merchandise. Reports to:Store Manager Responsibilities Include:Records incoming deliveries in system by Purchase Order using RF device. Load Receiving and Reconciliation of Invoice. Breakage adjustments and supporting documents to corporate. Cycle counting Negative inventory review and submittal. Processing of Transfers Incoming / Outgoing. Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required .-2 years inventory experience preferred. Strong analytical skills and excellent at problem solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Organized and detail orientated. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Ability to multitask and work well while meeting deadlines. Software experience preferred.
