General Objectives
Participate in the inventory management process by managing the purchase order process and receiving in products accurately and effectively.
Specific Responsibilities
• Ensure all inventory receipts are properly recorded in the system. • Monitor and audit bar-code receivings and maintain barcode equipment and supplies. • Manage manual receivings. • Research and resolve receiving issues. • Update daily receipts activity" into management log. • Process invoice matching exceptions in the system. • Provide back-up support to inventory control specialist. • Monitor and process drop ship orders.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Retail background with experience in inventory management
Other Requirements
• Good communication and listening skills. • Ability to take direction and work well with others. • Basic computer skills. • Forklift certification or training desired.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from 17.50 to 20.00 depending on experience.
