Sign and note any discrepancies on the receiver before carrier left. Make copy of any signed documents. Distribute the received material to their destination. Supervise the receiving clerks and effectively accomplish material receiving job. Execute other receiving activities instructed by warehouse manager Unload arriving materials from Truck. Inspect cargo condition & check labeling quantity with packing list. Collect complete shipment documents from carrier and pass to supervisor or SAP clerk. Inform the IQC for incoming inspection. Labeling boxes with receiving date. Transfer materials to warehouse. Labeling any on hold material no PO quality concern receiving discrepancy and secure at special location. Handling small shipment from UPS FedEx and other carriers and create receiving registry. Deliver small package to specified receiver. Notify superior of any abnormal situation immediately. Follow warehouse managers instruction related to job. Notify PM PMC Production PE the arriving of the hot parts. Inform the IQC for incoming inspection. Taking photos for any abnormal issues. Handling small shipment from UPS FedEx and other carriers and create receiving registry. Deliver small package to specified receiver. Handle any contingency issue related to receiving. Expedite any material stuck in the IQC transaction. Coordinate the internal materials transfer between buildings.
