Receiving Team Lead for Mobix

Mobix is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Team Lead to join our team in Summerville, South Carolina. In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day receiving activities of a small team and help ensure inbound products are received accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and can keep things organized and moving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a small team responsible for daily receiving and put away activities
• Coordinate the unloading, receiving, and processing of inbound shipments
• Work daily within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately receive and track inventory
• Use handheld scanners to record and verify inventory movements
• Verify product quantities, condition, and accompanying documentation
• Research receiving discrepancies and work to identify and resolve issues
• Communicate damages, shortages, overages, and other inbound issues to warehouse leadership
• Help ensure received products are accurately labeled and moved to the appropriate warehouse locations
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient receiving area
• Help reinforce receiving procedures and accuracy standards across the team
• Assist with other receiving and warehouse needs as they arise

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with warehouse receiving processes
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners
• Previous experience leading or providing day-to-day direction to a small team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members, warehouse leadership, and other departments
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alongside the team while also taking responsibility for keeping receiving operations accurate, organized, and on track.
