We are seeking a Receiving Technician to handle unloading/loading trucks, moving freight and materials, and maintaining inventory in a warehouse setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unloading and loading trucks efficiently and safely
- Moving materials to storage and production areas using equipment like carts, hand trucks, forklifts
- Charging forklifts and electric jacks daily
- Weighing and checking incoming raw precious metals, ensuring secure storage in compliance with safety standards
- Attaching identifiers to containers and entering purchase orders into the system
- Receiving, documenting, and storing customer returns
- Providing support to shipping and handling teams as needed
Qualifications include a high school diploma, forklift operation skills, and experience in shipping or warehousing preferred. Strong organizational and teamwork skills, along with the ability to multi-task, are essential.
