Compensation

$34,000$46,000 base salary + bonus + commissions

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous insurance experience is not required
• Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty license

What Youll Do

• Learn the insurance business and State Farm products
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads
• Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Assist customers with their insurance needs
• Work toward obtaining required insurance licenses
