Reception Administrative Assistant

Legal Network, Inc., a premier legal staffing company, has an immediate opening for a recruiting assistant/office coordinator. The ideal candidate will express a willingness to support a successful team and have the ability to deliver first class service to job seekers and clients.

Please have 1+ year of recent in-office clerical assistance experience.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in screening prospective candidates
• Contact prospective candidates to schedule interviews
• Answer phones, make copies and scan documents
• Create and maintain new applicant and client files
• Perform professional reference checks
• Please have excellent English grammar skills
