This is a full time position with a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule 9:30 AM–8:00 PM (40 hours/week) - No Fridays, Weekends or Holidays!
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and professionally
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Maintain accurate client information and office records
Assist with forms, paperwork, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
Communicate with clients, clinicians, and staff in a professional and respectful manner
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families
Requirements
Previous administrative, receptionist, medical office, or customer-service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional, dependable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Comfortable working with computers, email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Previous use of Electronic Medical Records (eClinicalWorks) is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail
Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach when interacting with clients
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Healthcare, medical-office, or mental-health experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.
Hourly Position $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience
No Fridays, weekends, or holidays!
