Job Description:
This position will act as a Reception and Hospitality Associate at a Law firm. Seeking a polished, customer focused professional to support Reception, Hospitality, and Office Services for a law firm environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering/forwarding calls, booking conference rooms and visiting offices, ordering pre packed meals, setting up catering/beverages, and maintaining conference rooms and kitchen spaces.
Additional support includes mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering. This role works closely with onsite staff and the Operations team and serves as a first point of contact for Office Operations and Facilities requests.
 
Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self motivated, quick learner, consistent performer
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;moderate walking/sitting
  • Flexibility for early or late shifts as needed (weekdays)
  • Experience in Office Operations, Hotelling, Business Office environments, or law firms preferred
 
Parking is provided.
Dress Code: Business professional.
