Receptionist - 1st Shift
Pro Resources has partnered with a local outdoor fireplace manufacturer, and we are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily operations. This role is responsible for handling front desk responsibilities as well as data entry and record keeping practices.
Hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm M-F
Pay:
$20 per hour
As the Receptionist, you will be working with the Consumer Services Director to be the first point of contact in our Huntington location for clients/customers/internal employees who have questions about the lead times, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process.
What are the duties and responsibilities of Receptionist?
The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for customers and employees with questions or concerns. This role requires addressing complaints, providing effective solutions, and following up to ensure issues are fully resolved. The position is also responsible for managing a multi-line phone system and ensuring callers are efficiently directed to the appropriate individual within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients and employees
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries through the customer portal
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, i.e. through D-365 F&O.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client/employee-facing role
- Knowledge of building materials industry preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
