Job Description:

Our client, a premier real estate law firm in NYC, is seeking an experienced receptionist (3+ years) to work in a fast-paced environment, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm. Position is full-time and onsite and will pay an annual salary of $55K to $62K plus a performance based bonus.

Responsibilities:

Answer telecommunications system, determine purpose of caller(s) and transfer callers(s) to appropriate department and take messages when needed.

Welcome and direct visitors in person and on the telephone; notify company personnel of visitor arrival, issue visitor passes and always maintain security by following procedures.

Responsible for reserving conference rooms on behalf of employees and assist in answering questions about the organization and provide directions to office if needed.
