    Education Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of appointment scheduling, visitor management, correspondence, data entry, or general office procedures is considered an asset.
    • Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, organization, communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude are well positioned for success as a Receptionist.

    Physical Capabilities

    • Ability to remain seated or standing at a reception or workstation for extended periods.
    • Ability to communicate professionally by telephone, email, and in person throughout the workday.
    • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity and professional presentation throughout the workday.
