Requirements
Answer telephone promptly and with a courteous greeting
Triage calls to assess urgency and the appropriate way to direct call
Take and relay messages for non-urgent calls via message slip or email
Maintain knowledge of the company and employees so that calls are handled expeditiously
Handle calls and information received with discretion
Assist callers by providing general information
Manage a variety of administrative and office coordination responsibilities, including departmental support, data entry, and project assistance.
Drive employee engagement by planning and executing programs and events that enhance morale, build organizational cohesion, and align with company values, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within budget
Other general office duties as required
Education
High school diploma required
College degree desirable
Specific Qualifications
Experience answering telephones promptly and courteously
Ability to manage administrative and office coordination
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist role
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience planning and executing employee engagement programs and events
Strong computer literacy
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Highly detail oriented and organized Self-motivated and able to use initiative
