Receptionist/Admin

Midwest Staffing is looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk for a company in Eden Prairie that manufactures and distributes printing products. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and is comfortable interacting with customers, visitors, and employees.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $19–$21/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk and provide general administrative support
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
• Enter and update information in computer systems
• Assist with filing, organizing documents, and other office tasks
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment

Pay: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
