We are looking for a devoted Full-Time Receptionist-Administrative.

Assistant who will be responsible for:
  • Greeting clients and visitors, and giving them directions.
  • Contacting employees regarding visitors.
  • Making telephone calls, answering and transferring phones, and taking messages.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.
  • Updating lists, LOGs, reports, and censuses.
  • Filing and archiving.
  • Keeping and updating inventory lists.
  • Organizing and distributing supplies for the office, staff and the residents.
  • Emailing clients about events or required documents.

Qualifications:
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant is needed.
