Administrative Assistant:
Seeking motivated, professional and bilingual (English and Spanish) administrative and sales assistant.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting Sales Director and Operations Director in preparing quotations in Spanish and English, assisting with international accounts, providing excellent customer service, and attending sales meetings.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to a dynamic and result driven sales team.
- Keep record of sales, expenses and sales proposal for prospective customers
- Develop and maintain client relations
Requirements: - Ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, professional phone and e mail etiquette and the ability to work independently as well as on a team environment.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or office administration
- Advanced web-browsing skills
