We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency in Oceanside. This is a front-office role responsible for managing high call volume, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily agency operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Greet clients and provide a positive, customer-focused experience
- Issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with basic policy servicing and administrative support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and office communications
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support agency staff with general administrative tasks
Qualifications: - Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (insurance industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
