Client Overview:
Our client is a trusted financial advisory firm dedicated to helping clients make confident financial decisions and achieve their long-term financial goals. They are looking to add a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a reliable and client-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer and professionally manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate.
  • Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Attend client meetings and provide administrative and logistical support as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping requests.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office-related errands and vendor services, including ordering lunch, catering, and other meeting accommodations.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional, and client-focused approach.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building experience with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly reliable with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a client-facing, customer service, or administrative role.
