We are looking for a receptionist that has excellent customer service skills. The receptionist will greet people, answer phone calls, and handle administrative tasks. This position will provide the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Pay will be determined during the interview process. It will be between $9/hour to $12/hour.
Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette and greeting. Greet customers that come in the door. Updating/entering information within a computer system. Operate office equipment to include a computer, copier, fax, etc. Communicate effectively with others. Transfer calls and take messages as needed. Manage a calendar. Send messages. Verify information and paperwork. Light cleaning. Prepare the coffee. Ensure that office supplies have an adequate supply. All other duties as assigned.
