Receptionist

• Answer all calls high volume, on a multi-line system, transfer calls throughout the company as needed.
• Sort, collate, and input invoices, purchase orders, scanned and uploaded documents.
• Keep up with insurance – make sure we have up-to-date info, upload into company database.
• Prepare daily cash reports, credit card, and cash. Take all payments as needed.
• File all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders. Verify they are entered once they are paid and then file.
• Collect references for credit applications and collect necessary signatures.
• Accounts Receivable - Collections
• Organize office supply orders.
• Various tasks as assigned by supervisor.
