Work Environment
The Receptionist works at the front desk or reception area, interacting regularly with visitors, clients, and staff. The role requires the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods, use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality is expected at all times.

The physical demands of this position include prolonged periods of sitting and standing at the reception desk, frequent use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment, and occasional walking throughout the facility. The role requires clear and frequent communication to greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and provide information in person and over the phone. The position may also involve reaching, bending, or lifting light office materials such as files or packages, typically up to 10-15 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-union position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30pm.
Travel
Some travel may be required for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma and one year of administrative experience required.
