What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression every visit
- Answer phones, texts, and schedule chiropractic appointments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily office organization
- Support smooth office flow between patients and clinical staff
- Assist with patient communication, follow-ups, and scheduling coordination
- Help create an upbeat, calming, and professional office atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare office
- Professional, outgoing, and confident personality
- Experience answering phones and handling patient scheduling
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and office software
- Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Genuine interest in health, chiropractic care, and wellness
