Onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established professional services organization operating within the legal industry. They are known for delivering high-quality client service and fostering a collaborative, professional workplace where attention to detail, confidentiality, and client care are highly valued.Job DescriptionServe as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming telephone calls.Coordinate meeting room logistics, visitor preparation, and office events.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution.Maintain electronic and physical file systems and records.Prepare, format, proofread, and transcribe legal correspondence and client documents.Draft routine estate planning documents, including powers of attorney, advance directives, and authorization forms.Schedule meetings and assist with client communications and signing appointments.Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and legal tasks.Participate in monthly billing activities and other office administration functions.Manage office supplies, common areas, and day-to-day office operations.Complete special projects and administrative assignments as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
